* Fees include the proceeding (CD ROM), abstract book, tutorials, lunches, coffee breaks, reception, and banquet.
**Copy of the student ID is required. Fees include the proceeding (CD ROM), abstract book, tutorials, lunches, coffee breaks, reception, and banquet.
Cancellation Policy: Request of cancellation received by Oct. 1, 2009, will be refunded 50% of the whole registration fee. Cancellation received after Oct. 1, 2009, will not be refunded.
