Procedures and instructions for submitting technical papers

Full length papers, including figures and references, up to 4 pages typeset in an 11 pt size are strongly suggested.

	Submitted papers must be unpublished work and not be currently under reviewed for any other publications.
	All papers will be reviewed by peers and the Technical Committee reserves the right to accept and reject papers for inclusion in the Program.
	Please submit your papers online. If you are unable to submit the paper online in the form provided, please contact the conference management service, ISAP2009 General Secretary or email your questions to secretary@isap09.org

Papers specifications

	Page limit: 4 pages maximum
	Title: Title is in 20 pt bold.
	Author: Author names should be in 12 pts and the affiliation in 11 pts. Put a hash (#) before the corresponding author (e-mail is compulsory for the corresponding author).
	Font: Font in Times New Roman only, 11 pts, single spaced and justified.
	Format: page setup (A4), width 21 cm (8.27 inch), height 29.7 cm (11.69 inch); page margins, top 2.5 cm (1 inch), bottom 2.5 cm (1 inch), left & right 2.5 cm (1 inch)
	Text: The document should be in one column format. The body text must be in 11 pt regular.
	Others: Number citations consecutively in square brackets, like so [1]. The acknowledgement and reference sections should not be numbered. Don't use page numbers.
